Coaching lesson helping participants create their own 
problem solving skills. This exercise teaches participants
The concepts of living in the solution as opposed to living
In the problem.

Exercise 3: THE TRUTH ABOUT FAILURE

Coaching lesson that establishes failure as a benefit of growth
and success. Helping participants remove their negativity and 
fear of an essential part of the personal growth process.

Exercise 4: THERE IS NO STANDING STILL

Coaching lesson that confronts the misconceptions of being
content or being stagnant. Teaching participants that society
Is ever changing, the importance of continued growth and 
the necessity of continued education.

Exercise 5: GIVING STARTS THE RECEIVING PROCESS

Coaching lesson helping participants understand the unintended gains received when living a life of service. They will learn the difference between giving that builds karma and giving that has an impact and the importance of both.

Exercise 6: FACING YOUR FEARS

Coaching lesson that addresses the most common fears, 
the affect they have on our lives and different ways to combat, 
overcome and sometimes appreciate them.

Exercise 7: DEEP CLEANING

Coaching lesson that teaches that living with resentment in 
our heart and secrets on our conscience will keep our spirit 
weighed down and unable to grow. The participants will learn to 
Let go of resentment and to not fear their secrets.

Exercise 8: SURVIVAL SKILLS

Coaching lesson that addresses the character traits that causes 
us to act out on our worst behaviors. The  participant will come 
to terms with their defects and learn how to combat each one.

Exercise 9: CLEARING YOUR CONSCIENCE

Coaching lesson helping participants come to terms with their
shame and guilt, acknowledge the harm they’ve caused 
others and how  their growth has been handicapped by not 
admitting that harm and making amends where they are owed.

Exercise 10: RECOGNIZING YOUR ASSETS

Coaching lesson that will remind the participant that they have 
amazing qualities and talents to build on. The foundation of their 
assets will set the ground work for their success.
