Exercise 1: HEALTHY SIGNIFICANT RELATIONSHIPS
Coaching lesson that helps participants understand the value of
the relationships they have. Teaching them how to determine
which ones are healthy and which ones are unhealthy, how to
strengthen the healthy ones and end the unhealthy ones.
Exercise 2: FELLOWSHIP
Coaching lesson teaching participants how a sense of belonging
and a sense of community are different, why both are needed and how each can build and strengthen their overall happiness and well-being.
Exercise 3: SENSE OF SECURITY
Coaching lesson that will help participants see the value and
freedom that comes with a sense of security. They’ll learn how
to determine if they are experiencing a sense of safety, a false
sense of security or a true sense of security and what to do
Exercise 4: PERSONAL DIVERSITY
Coaching lesson that will help participants understand the need
for variety in their lives, where its lacking and how to experience
it in a healthy way.
Exercise 5: POWER OF APPRECIATION
Coaching lesson that will help participants understand the
difference between gratitude and appreciation, teaching them
how substantial appreciation can be used to reframe their
perspective and maintain a winning attitude.
